Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our approach is simple: you can try InterviewMate free before paying, any payment is refundable for 14 days with no conditions attached, and technical failures on our side are credited back automatically. No hidden traps, no auto-renewals disguised as one-time purchases.

14-day refund

Any payment — a practice pack or a subscription charge — is refundable in full on request within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter whether you have used the practice minutes it credited. Just ask, and we refund it.

Automatic credits for technical failures

If a live session fails because of our infrastructure — the interviewer drops out, the connection breaks on our side, or the session cannot be scored — our systems detect it and credit the practice minutes back to your wallet automatically. Credited minutes are never clawed back. If you believe a failed session was missed, email us and we will check the session logs directly.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the product or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep your access and minutes until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Any subscription charge less than 14 days old is refundable in full on request, as above.
• Practice minutes are credited to your wallet one billing month at a time. On an annual plan you receive each month's minutes at the start of that month, so you are never billed for minutes you have not yet been given.
• Plan downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, so you never lose anything the current cycle already paid for. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge.

One-time packs

• Practice packs are one-time purchases — they never auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
• The 14-day refund above applies to any pack — just request it.
• If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or a payment did not credit your wallet, contact us and we will refund the payment or credit your account, whichever you prefer.

Fair use

Practice minutes may be subject to a daily usage limit so that live interview capacity stays available to everyone. Where a limit applies it is shown in the product and applies to all accounts on the same terms. It never reduces the total minutes you have bought, and it does not affect your right to a refund under this policy.

How to request a refund

1. Email admin@manifestjob.com from your registered email.
2. Include the payment reference from your receipt or bank statement.
3. We respond quickly — usually within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–7 business days.

Whichever payment method you used, emailing us is always enough — we handle the refund directly and you never need to contact the payment processor yourself.
